Real Cooked Caramel

Recipe
Salted Caramel Shaken Espresso
Featured Collection

Three foundational flavors for the home espresso bar. Madagascar Vanilla layers whole vanilla bean, pale malt and cacao nibs for a warm, rounded finish; Caramel Fleur de Sel combines butterscotch-stage caramel, Camargue fleur de sel and canela; French Hazelnut blends Cacao Noël hazelnut praline from France, dark malt and cacao nibs for a deeper, more natural expression of the classic café flavor. Familiar, but you’ve never had it like this before.

Caramel Fleur de Sel
Caramel, taken just to the edge of butterscotch.
A specially selected caramel malt adds body and a deeper, more layered richness. Floral Ceylon cinnamon adds warmth and spice.
Finished with fleur de sel from the salt marshes of Camargue, it settles into a smooth, buttery finish that lingers without overwhelming.
It’s caramel, properly made.
The 14 oz amber apothecary bottle is designed to remain beside the espresso machine and is counter-stable after opening.
No extracts. No artificial flavors. No added natural flavors.
